Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for unstitched garments such as sarees and dress materials.
However, the following items are not eligible for exchange:
 • Sarees with detached blouses
 • Sarees with tassels made or fall stitched (by you or by us)

2. Exchange Request Process
To request an exchange, follow these steps:
 1. Email us at sundarambalkdm@shambhaviboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
 2. Once acknowledged, courier the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
 • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
 • All original packaging, bills, and tags must be intact.

4. Exchange Options
 • You may choose an alternate product of the same, lower, or higher value.
 • If the new product is of higher value, the difference must be paid.
 • If the new product is of lower value, we will issue a credit note for the balance.
 • If you don’t select a new item immediately, a credit note valid for 90 days will be issued.

5. Important Notes
 • Order cancellations are not allowed. Exchanges can be requested as per this policy.
 • For international exchanges, the customer will be responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes for both return and replacement shipments.
