Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
At Shambavi Boutique, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we are committed to addressing your concerns efficiently if you receive a defective or incorrect item.
Return Policy / Time Frame
• Customer must inform our support team via Email or Phone within 48 hours of receiving the package for any damage or missing product claims.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim transit damage or missing product(s). This video helps us verify claims and coordinate with our courier partners.
• We issue replacements only for products damaged during transit or incorrect items received.
• All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with tags intact, preferably in their original packing.
Items NOT Eligible for Returns/Exchanges
We do NOT accept Returns/Exchanges for Colour Difference, Design or Material feel
• Custom-stitched sarees (tassling, blouse detached or pre-pleated).
• Minor irregularities: Handwoven or handcrafted sarees may have minor imperfections, which are part of their beauty or uniqueness in weaving.
• Products bought at SALE/DEAL Price are not eligible for Exchange
Return Process
• Record a video while unboxing the package and capturing any defects.
• Contact us via Email or Phone with Order ID and Unboxing Video showing the issue
• Our team will review the claim and confirm eligibility in 2-3 business days.
• If approved, we will provide a return shipping address and the customer must ship the item within 5 days.
Exchange Process
• You can choose an alternate product of the same, lower or higher value for the product accepted by us as exchange
• In case the value of the alternate product is higher you will have to pay the difference. If the value is lower, we will issue a credit note for the balance value.
• In case you are unable to find an alternate product immediately, we’ll issue you a credit note for the value of the item(s) that you exchange, valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. This credit note shall be utilized against future purchase.
Order Cancellation
• Shambavi Boutique does not allow cancellation of orders. Customer is eligible to exchange the product as per our exchange policy.
• Customer will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange.
