Cancellation and Exchange Policy

At Shambavi Boutique, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your saree purchases. However, we are committed to addressing your concerns efficiently if you receive a defective or incorrect item.

 

Return Policy and Time Frame

Customers must inform our support team via Email or Phone within 48 hours of receiving the package for any damage or missing product claims.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim transit damage or missing product(s). This video helps us verify claims and coordinate with our courier partners.

We issue replacements only for products damaged during transit or incorrect items received.

All returned sarees must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Return / Exchange Process

1. Record a video while unboxing the package and capturing any defects.

2. Contact us via Email or Phone with:

Your Order ID

The unboxing video showing the issue

3. Our team will review the claim and confirm eligibility within 2-3 business days.

4. If approved, we will provide a return shipping address, and the customer must ship the item within 5 days.

Items NOT Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

We do NOT accept returns for the following reasons:

Color variations: Slight colour differences may occur due to screen settings or photography. We ensure the saree quality matches what you see online.

Change of mind: If you don’t like the saree’s fabric, colour, or design after purchase.

Size or weight concerns: Product descriptions include fabric details, weight, and measurements. Please review them before ordering.

Custom-stitched sarees or pre-pleated sarees.

Minor irregularities: Handwoven or handcrafted sarees may have minor imperfections, which are part of their beauty and uniqueness.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

If a refund is delayed, kindly check with your bank before contacting us.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

If an item is out of stock, we will offer a replacement 

Undelivered Return to Origin (RTO)

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address.

If delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us (RTO).

Re-shipping will require customer approval and additional shipping charges.
