1. Domestic Orders (Within India)
• Orders will be processed within 3 working days and shipped via a trusted domestic courier partner.
• Delivery is expected within 5–10 days from the invoice date, depending on your location.
• Shipping to remote or rural areas may take longer as delivery timelines are governed by the courier company.
• Once shipped, we will share the tracking number via email or WhatsApp for you to monitor your shipment.
2. International Orders (Outside India)
• All international orders are processed within 2 working days and shipped on a chargeable basis via a reliable international courier.
• Most international deliveries take 10–15 days from the date of invoice.
• Tracking details and courier information will be shared via email upon dispatch.
• You may track the package using the courier’s website or by contacting their local support center.
3. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
• Some countries may require customs clearance before delivery.
• Any additional taxes, import duties, or customs charges incurred during this process will be borne by the customer.
• We recommend customers check their country’s import regulations before placing international orders.
• Shambavi Boutique is not liable for customs delays or additional fees.
4. Transit and Liability
• We are committed to dispatching all products in good condition and on time.
• In case of loss or damage during transit, the courier partner’s standard liability coverage applies.
• Shambavi Boutique’s responsibility is limited to ensuring timely handover of the package to the courier.
